• FREE SHIPPING and handling for orders over $100 except for;
  Individual items with added shipping weight. (Individual items weighing over 2 pounds will have a shipping charge. Items weighing 2 pounds and under do not have a shipping charge regardless of quantity ordered if over $100.) If shipping is charged for an item, the item's description will have the statement "This product carries a shipping weight of X pounds." This applies only when shipping to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous states.
  
• All shipping and handling charges are based on the weight and box size of the item and the distance it must be shipped. For rural delivery, an additional $2.00 may be applied.

Shipping & Handling charges are added during Checkout, with the following exceptions:

• Vaccine Orders: Flat-rate shipping for vaccines is added as an item in your shopping basket.
• Orders Under $100: A $5.00 service charge applies to all orders under $100. This charge is added as an item in your shopping basket.
• Orders from outside the 48 Continental United States

All non-vaccine orders (and most non-vaccine items in every order) are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. If you wish to expedite a non-vaccine order, please call 1-800-270-1586 and we will assist you.

1 day = Zone 2 | 2 days = Zone 3 | 3 days = Zone 4 | 4 days = Zone 5 | 5 days = Zone 6. Because AffordablePetRx Supply is in a rural location, transit times may be extended by 24 hours. Ordering from outside the 48 contiguous United States
Shipping charges for orders to be shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States are NOT calculated automatically on this website.
Once an order is placed, customers abroad will promptly receive an email with a list of shipping options and charges to select from.  Correspondence can then be handled by email or phone.  
AffordablePetRx.com has no control over any duties, customs, tariffs, or import fees imposed by your local customs service. All applicable duty charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Minimum Order Charge

• All orders with merchandise totaling less than $100.00 are charged a Minimum Order Charge of $5.00.
• This charge is automatically applied to your order, appearing as an item in your Shopping Basket. Once your total of merchandise reaches $100.00, it is automatically removed.
• This charge helps cover shipping costs that are not otherwise applied on most orders.
• If you have placed items on backorder.
• This charge is only applied once per order and only on orders that have merchandise totaling less than $100.00.If items are placed on backorder, the $5.00 Minimum Order Charge is NOT applied to any subsequent shipments - i.e. when a backordered item becomes available - regardless of the price of the backordered item.

NOTE: Items less than $10.00 will not be backordered unless the entire order ships complete when the back ordered item is in stock. Please call with your order number if you want your order to ship complete. 1-800-270-1586.

Backorders

• Items placed on backorder will ship as soon as they become available.
• No charges are made on backordered merchandise until it ships.
• Items priced under $10.00 will not be backordered, with the following exception:
  
  If there are other items in your order that put your total above $10.00, we can hold the entire order until the item on backorder becomes available. This is also called "Ship Complete". If you would like to have an online order shipped complete, E Mail us- providing your Order Number, and we will be glad to do this for you.
• We cannot backorder any items on International Orders.
• Shipping is charged for the whole order upfront - including items on backorder. You will only be charged once for shipping. If you decide to cancel an item on backorder that carries a shipping charge, that charge will be credited back to you.
• The $5.00 Minimum Order Charge (for orders less than $100) is only applied once - regardless of the number of shipments your order requires

Vaccine Orders
Packaging: Vaccines are packaged on ice packs in a styrofoam cooler. When properly packaged, vaccines can be shipped to you, even in the hot summer time. Upon receiving your order, ice packs may be melted but they have helped assure the protection of vaccines during shipment.
Refrigerate Your Vaccines until you use them.
Shipping Vaccines:
Vaccines CANNOT be shipped to P.O. addresses.

• All vaccines are shipped Next Day Air for $18.00 or 2nd Day Air for $10.00.
  This charge is applied to your order automatically when purchasing vaccines.
• When do vaccines ship?
• Next Day Air : Monday - Thursday ONLY
  Orders received after 12:00pm (noon) CT on Thursday will ship the following Monday.
• 2nd Day Air : Monday - Wednesday ONLY
  Orders received after 12:00pm (noon) CT on Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
• During May - October, AffordablePetRx.com cannot guarantee any Vaccines unless they are shipped Next Day Air.

• These special rates only apply to Vaccines. If there are other items in the order, those items will be shipped Ground.
• These rates apply only to vaccines shipped within the contiguous United States. For shipping vaccines to other locations, including; the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska or Guam, please call 1-800-270-1586 or E Mail us.

NOTICE: Rabies vaccination of dogs and cats requires administration by or under the direction of a Veterinarian in many states. Check with the Department of Health in your state before vaccination.

Our Returns Policy

You may return any un-opened item you purchased from AffordablePetRx.com for any reason, for a full refund within 30 days of delivery (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error). Refunds void 30 days after delivery date of your purchase.
We cannot accept returns of opened items.

Include the packing slip or a copy of the packing slip and a brief explaination of the reason for the return, so we will know who to credit the refund to.
We recommend our customers to use a form of traceable delivery (tracking number or delivery confirmation). Also when returning an item, it is a good idea to insure the package, we can't be responsible for lost packages.
